I have it on a table about a meter in front of me and it growls quite loudly when playing CDs. Even at normal volume, when I listen to a CD, the mechanics of the music can be heard. According to the complaint engineer, this is normal, so I assume that every piece does this. I would definitely not buy it again and choose a better quality one.

Unfortunately I have to write that I regret buying it. I wanted to buy a new radio for my mom's kitchen. She's used to these "old" types - square radio and repro in one piece. But I should have bought the microsystem with speakers separately, they are better quality and my mom would have gotten used to it. I tried it at my house and it caught 5 stations less, which seemed like enough. Same with Mom. I tried it in 3 places, somewhere it caught 6 stations, max. what I managed to tune is 11.
Of course, some of them rattle, but so do other radios. The ones that play clean have a really nice sound. I find the buttons on the controller excellent, with which you can adjust the treble and bass within a reasonable range. There's also a button that has about 4-5 preset modes, depending on what one prefers - spoken word or music or bass to the foreground, etc. but you have to set it on each station separately and it doesn't remember after turning the radio off and on. So always adjust. But of course you don't have to do that. This is particularly useful for older people who are less able to understand and will welcome the ability to quickly change the settings depending on what station they are tuned to and how the presenters are articulating etc.
I also don't like that it heats up the top of the radio. Not much, but when I caught it, the top was lukewarm. I've never encountered that. I am very bothered by the smell of the driver. I was about 70 cm away from him and he smelled like Chinese. We had to keep it by the window behind the curtain.
The radio is otherwise manufactured by ETA. The drivers are probably imported from China. not to mention the fact that you only have to hold it in your hand for a few seconds and your palm completely stinks. Yuck. I always had to go wash my hands because it didn't go away, my hand still smelled. The madness is USB. It is located in the rear, which is incomprehensible, because there is plenty of space on the front panel. But I knew that, you can see it in the photos, but somehow it doesn't make sense to me. But the problem is that when you have different music on the bottle and you have individual albums in folders, be careful. you can't pick which folder (album) you want, but you have to scroll through each single song until you get to the album you want to listen to! This is such a NONSENSE that perhaps it could not have been invented by a person who works with a flash drive! This is unusable. For example. you want the sixth album in a row. And the first 5 contain about 15 songs each. So you have to press the skip button about 75 times to skip each song. But who is going to do it? Not to mention the fact that a person has many more ingredients stored. No comment.
The radio does have a display, but it's useless. does not even show the name of the radio station.
I should have bought something else. For that money or a few hundred more you can buy something better.
When you have a station tuned in with good reception, it plays nicely. It has a nice sound and looks good.
Buttons on the controller.
Almost everything. Disappointment.
