I connected the device at home via HDMI. It played for about 10 seconds and then the subwoofer dropped out. The indicator light is on that the device is still connected, but no longer plays. I tried to turn it off for a few minutes, then it started playing again, but rather erratically, and it turned off again after about 20 seconds. I have also tried other sound sources. BT and optics have not changed anything. The subwoofer is connected but not playing. For me a disappointment of the product. I will ask for a correction, because I want to give it another chance.
