Watches like this are bought for looks and they served that purpose for me. How time shines through the wood imitation is really effective. It' s just a shame that they didn' t place the panel for setting the time and inserting the batteries at the bottom, then it would really look like a solid cube. The panel is at the back, where you don' t often look, but it detracts a bit from the style.
