After a long time I managed to find a quality and honest knife, in a reasonable price level and of domestic production. I consider this ProfiLine series and the similar Frosthard series from domestic manufacturer KDS to be the only reasonably usable knife series from this manufacturer. I rate the rest of the lines as unsuccessful because they are either made of soft material (Optima line), or with thin blades (Trend, Trend Royal), or extremely overpriced (Kings Row). Really this ProfiLine knife is perfect. Good steel, reasonably thick blade.
Some people might be bothered by the larger handle, but we all have a hacksaw at home and it's no problem to shorten the handle slightly. The thicker blade can also be adjusted on the sharpening stone, to a combined blade of 10 and 17 degrees on both sides, and the knife will also cut onions very easily.
I personally recommend it. After the modifications I consider the knife one of the best I have in my kitchen.
The knife is quite strong, made of good N6Mov steel and well hardened to about 56 HRC
Blade thickness at the spine of the handle 3.0 mm, i.e. solid and strong blade
Fixed handle and blade recessed in the middle of the handle
Thanks to the high blade, the knife can also be used as a chef's knife
Some might be bothered by the massive blade and handle.
Similarly, someone might be bothered by the fact that the factory knife is sharpened only to the basic facet

Unfortunately the knife is not very suitable for the kitchen, you can see that it is made properly, but it is really big for kitchen utensils.
Long spike up to the front of the handle
Fest blade
Fest handle
Slices well
For the kind of cat it is, it also chops onions well
Good hardness of steel and therefore the resulting sharpness
The blade is very thick at the spine, 2.8mm
It's really a knife more for butchers, too massive for the kitchen
Blade thickness behind the blade is above average
