The steamer is a great help in preparing baby food and now and then a quick steaming of vegetables and fish. Of course, the material of all parts is thin and looks fragile and cheap, but for steaming it has no effect. I don't recommend cooking anything in the bottom pot, the pot wears out very quickly, scratches and the whole set is to be thrown away. Otherwise for steaming we are satisfied and use it every day and take care of the pot carefully so that it does not get used up and ruined quickly.
