The coffee machine is the ideal choice for anyone who wants a good homemade cappuccino without complicated settings and lengthy cleaning. Krups has focused on simplicity – the appliance is pleasantly compact, doesn't take up much space on the counter and is controlled intuitively via a touch panel. Its greatest strength is the Milk Maestro technology, which creates a surprisingly thick and stable foam from milk. A huge plus is also the hydraulic tamping system, thanks to which the coffee machine cleans itself completely from the inside and you don't have to painstakingly dismantle and wash anything by hand.
But there are some compromises. If you prefer large mugs, the default volume of the milk-based drinks might be a bit small for you, so you'll have to make your coffee in two goes. The coffee machine also doesn't have a separate hot water nozzle, so you can't make tea with it, and it can't use pre-ground coffee.
Compact dimensions:
Simple and intuitive operation
Memory for your favourite drinks
The water container is a bit difficult to access
The appliance doesn't have a sensor for the milk level in the external container.

A compact, fast coffee machine with a simple setup.
The XL coffee size is equivalent to a size M on other coffee machines.
After six months of use, it stopped making frothy milk. Even after replacing the container, the milk just runs out, so it's impossible to get any foam.

I am satisfied and look forward to our future cooperation; -)
Very compact for limited spaces
Elegant and very easy to use.
The lid for the coffee beans seals them in quite well and you can't smell them, so hopefully they'll stay fragrant for longer.
Cleaning is relatively quick, it's basically maintenance-free.
It’s very practical for anyone to use.
guarantee of spare parts availability and quality service
commissioning was easy
when cleaning the coffee machine, the bottom pull-out tray also fills up, even though I have a larger mug placed under the nozzles. I would prefer all the mess to be poured into the inserted container.
You have to be a little more careful when inserting/removing the milk module into the bottom container, but the plastics are sturdy. I would strengthen the attachment of the milk container to the coffee machine nozzle.
With other coffee machines, I'm used to water running through the nozzles and a cleaning cycle running when I turn them off. In any case, as a precaution, I run a nozzle clean before every shutdown.
I would perhaps have preferred a transparent container for the coffee grounds, so you can see the contents more clearly.
The cover of the bottom pull-out tray is a bit difficult to open, you have to do it carefully, but it's not a problem.

Despite the negatives I mentioned, for me, this coffee machine is the best value for money and I would buy it again.
There's no automatic cleaning function before it turns off, so it won't startle you when it's quiet. However, it lights up in a nice red colour to remind you that it would be good to clean it. In my opinion, this is much better than other coffee machines where the rinsing cycle starts completely unexpectedly, for example, in the middle of a meeting.
Low noise level
Brilliantly designed milk container
Very simple and intuitive controls.
Very simple initial installation. No instructions needed, even though it comes with a lovely pictorial one.
Someone here is complaining about the capacity, but in my opinion the M, L and XL sizes are set perfectly appropriately.
Complete cleaning and descaling seems like an absolute doddle.
Absolutely anyone can handle the operation and both routine and more extensive maintenance (once every 3 months).
The coffee from it is very tasty.
Incredibly compact size. I was pleasantly surprised by how small it was when I took it out of the box.
For our usage, the coffee grounds container is a bit small. However, it needs to be emptied frequently anyway to allow it to dry out and prevent mould. Even so, I would have preferred it to be a little bigger.
If you don't notice and you select something with milk, even if the milk in the container is already below the minimum level, the coffee machine will suck in air and spit the remaining milk really far away from the machine (about 2 metres). Sure, my mistake. I was below the minimum. Still, I would have appreciated a low milk level warning system. This system works reliably for the water.
When set to the thickest foam, it gets into places where the automatic cleaning doesn't wash it out, and it needs to be washed again by hand.
