It probably helped at first, but then I switched to the mains model because of the low battery life.
The battery doesn't even last 3 weeks, it's a hassle to keep changing it, I switched to a mains powered model

It's been quiet since I've had this repellent in the attic. For about a week, the marten came back, but that was because the batteries from the manufacturer that were installed there had died. Now it's quiet again. Some frequencies can be heard, but only when one is standing right in front of it.
It's working as it should.
