Considering the price and the fact that this version is supposed to be the best from the Leatherman range in the long run, I'm honestly a bit disappointed and can't give it more than 3/5. The main reason is the truly awful scissors, whose blades don't align at all, creating a gap in the middle that's just too big. Because of this, the scissors just chew up and won't cut thin fabric or a thin strip of paper in the middle. They're practically only usable in the first third near the tip. For a tool costing almost 7 thousand, this is simply an embarrassment. What's more, it's a common design flaw (mentioned by multiple users, and I've historically encountered this with the Wave variant, which has the same scissors). Another issue is the quality of the tools or the overall assembly of the entire tool. Compared to the Victorinox SwissTool X, the tools grind against each other, and sometimes even the pliers get stuck when folding them in. It might all loosen up over time, but the first impression right now isn't one of top quality. The final point is the price, especially when compared to the Leatherman Wave Plus version, which is half the price and has exactly the same tools. I don't know if paying almost 3,000 CZK extra is justified just for a slightly harder main blade. And the titanium body is more for show on paper, as the Charge is actually 10 grams heavier than the Wave (I probably don't need to explain that the advantage of titanium is that it's stronger but also LIGHTER than standard steel). To not just complain, on the other hand, the Charge has a really well-chosen set of tools, with no duplication (in the sense of having 3 types and sizes of flat-head screwdrivers), and only the most suitable/handiest tools have been selected. The pliers are also comfortable to hold, with no sharp edges digging into your grip, both when using the external tools and when using the pliers themselves.

The kit is rather poor, the tools aren’t of very high quality, and it has a narrow range of uses – it tries to be both an EDC and a multi-tool, but it’s neither one nor the other. Basically, it’s not really suitable for anything serious. A rather unfortunate product. The Leatherman Rebar is far superior in terms of quality, performance and overall excellence.

This is my third Leatherman pliers. If one chooses a model with a specific focus, then it is worth paying extra. And unless someone is like an asshole (me) he must not let them fall out of his pocket and lose them.

Very nice, high quality multitool. Everything works as it should. The tool locks hold well. Initially, a stiffer opening - it will loosen up over time.
For me the minus is the blade edge (geometry). You need to sharpen the knife properly (very rough and unevenly made facet). After resharpening the knife is very good. For the money, it should be well sharpened.
