The castle is OK, I compare it with classics like “Lego 6074 Black Falcon' s Fortress“ (1986) or “Lion King' s Castle 6080“ (1984). Compared to its predecessors, this castle is more colorful and more diverse in content - we have a throne room, a tower toilet, a prison, a marketplace, a functional forge with an anvil driven by a mill wheel and a trigger of trifles such as mushrooms, a well, a hen, a treasure chest, etc. Oh, and a dragon too. Since this is a 3in1 Creator set, it also includes instructions for rebuilding into two other builds (we didn' t try). The castle has a square floor plan and can be opened or easily divided into three independently functional units. The price for such a rich set is decent, imho.
Disadvantages include the small number of soldiers (only 3, one of which is a girl). The three pieces of the castle do not hold together very well, the castle cannot be moved in one piece. I personally do not like the color scheme and the choice of two shades of gray for the brickwork.
Anyway, my son (less than 6 years old) enjoys the castle.
