The plastic cover with the list of items 1 to 10 is very nice and decent in appearance. For text labels, you can use the online template on his website, so there's no need to measure anything and just trial and error.
This online template is based on printing on an A4 sheet, which is punched and added under the list windows. But this risks tearing and it is better to put the print in eurofoil. At this point the text is shifted about 15mm to the right and for longer labels it is necessary to shift the text before printing to make it visible in windows 1-10.
