We chose LG based on our experience with a previous dishwasher from the same manufacturer, which served us reliably for 11 years. Compared to other brands, LG is perhaps the only one on the market to offer a truly wide range of adjustment options for its dishwasher baskets. What I particularly appreciate about it is the option to tilt the tines in the lower basket, which makes it easy to wash deep plates (bowls). The jets at the bottom of the door are not used for washing, but for generating steam; this model offers this option as an additional feature on selected wash programmes (it can be switched on or off), which extends the wash time by approximately 60 minutes.
