Liebherr – a terrible experience. We had to chase them up; the technician turned up a week later – he assessed the situation, and then nothing happened for another two weeks. They came to carry out the repairs just under a week before the 30-day statutory period for making a complaint was due to expire. The technician confirmed that priority is given to customers who pay for repairs, whilst those making a claim will simply have to wait. I wouldn’t buy a Liebherr again.
