We take it every morning alongside Rhodiola, following Bryan Johnson’s advice on optimising cortisol levels, and my response to stress has improved and I have more energy. Otherwise, Ashwagandha doesn’t agree with me in larger doses because it’s too sedative – not even in the evening; it left me feeling lethargic. But this Ashwagandha is something else entirely – I highly recommend it!
