The belt has a factory incline so you never run on the flat! Unfortunately, this is not mentioned in the parameters. The fact that there is a described slope of 0-15 is their indication, but it is not reality. Confirmed by SERVICE that they have this slope set as zero from the factory. For me, Ted, really disappointing. I don't want to run uphill.
