It does not meet the advertised parameters. I'll be returning it. I've tried it with three different laptops (TB3, TB4 and USB4) and I've gotten to a maximum of 4k @ 60 Hz on all of them. The same cable from the same manufacturer with a DP 1.4 connector works great for me and I can get 4k @ 144 Hz with it.

Hello, thank you for your review. In the review you state that the cable does not meet the advertised parameters. The product information includes a disclaimer that functionality depends on the specifications of the host computer and display/TV (and driver configuration).
- 8K/60Hz or 4K/120Hz requires USB-C host, DP1.4 with DSC support.
- USB-C, DP1.2 with DSC supports 4K/60Hz.
- macOS and iPadOS support up to 4K/60Hz via USB-C to HDMI.
