As a gamer and student I had two requirements, affordability and at least a decent sound system with 7.1 functionality. Both requirements were met by these headphones, so if someone with a similar situation to mine asked me which ones I would recommend, I would definitely recommend these. However, if someone has a higher budget, I would not go for these headphones. I have been using them for almost 2 weeks and so far I am satisfied.
Price-performance ratio
Fits well on the ears
Voice quality from the microphone (assuming use of the USB connector, versus connecting via Jack)
Good bass ( for listening to music I was really surprised, but again it has to be adjusted to suit everyone(I recommend using AI, it helped a lot))
Slight noise can be heard when the headphones are inactive, unless it is grave silence so you probably won't even notice it (can be solved by completely turning off the sound on the headphones using the wheel)
Sound setup - I spent 2 days setting up the sound (depending on how demanding one is)
A minor objection to the voice quality of the microphone is that the microphone makes the voice higher pitched (at least for me this happened, it is possible that this is more individual)
Cable length (if your computer is a little farther away from the desk this may be a bit of a "problem" )
