Cool keyboard with brown sensors that are quieter than I expected, the keyboard is great to play and type on, media control via FN shortcuts. Macro can be configured on F1 - F12 keys, but there are no directly configurable macro keys.
Some games have their RGB profile, where the keyboard shows you the lives etc.
