Purchased 2x. First time (08/25) absolutely great. It stuck and met expectations - better breathing during sports (cycling). The second time (10/25) a tragedy - it doesn't stick at all. I'm not buying anymore, it's a lottery. I'd rather buy a more expensive and reliable one elsewhere.
I only use it for sports and definitely recommend it. I don't get as out of breath thanks to the increased oxygen supply.
