Furt cold, the i9 was pretty semi-hot with two external 4k monitors.
There are bugs in the Monterey OS here and there, and some of them are quite annoying (for example, CMD/SHIFT + tap only works occasionally via the trackpad). Apple is pretty slow to fix it. It has also rebooted itself overnight a couple of times, and I've had it for a week and the latest version of Monterey 12.0.1. But that's what you're used to with Big Sur.
