It was a Christmas present for my grandson, after about 10 months the "pencil" stopped loading. We complained to the manufacturer - the supplier did not manage to deal with it within thirty days so ALZA refunded our money and we bought a second one. So far everything is working, so I hope nothing else goes wrong. Alza is reliable in this respect and their complaints work.
Decent price
