I returned the product after a quick test
the buttons are soft, they crease, not sure how long they will last
very low display resolution, below the threshold of reasonable readability and user comfort

Totally inconvenient for older pensioners.
Volume
It is very small, so it has a very small display
Cannot be locked
The phone has a folder for pictures, but the phone can't even fit a photo, which the phone itself takes at the worst quality even after cleaning unnecessary files, and you can't even insert a memory card into the phone.

simplicity and clarity
when the phone is fully discharged until the phone is switched off and then put into the charger, the phone will not switch on. It's just charging.
