We’re happy with the book’s production; it’s got everything. This was the second time we’d bought this book (but the first time on Alza). So what I would criticise is the way the book is packaged and, above all, the way it is stored in the warehouse or on the shelves. The first item we received in the Alza box was wrapped only in a thin film, which was torn and consequently damaged – it had a scratch on it and was dirty from something. So we made a complaint about it. I appreciate that the complaint was dealt with very quickly, that the new item was delivered by courier and, above all, that the book was wrapped in bubble wrap. The second copy also had scratches on the back of the book’s covers, but this was certainly not caused by transport, but by poor storage. As it wasn’t the front part of the book, we’ve already kept this one. Note. If we were choosing this book in a high-street bookshop, we wouldn’t pick this one.
