The headphones have a fundamental design flaw. The entire head section is made of thin plastic. Thus very fragile. The headband is not reinforced in any way, only at the point where it goes into the earpiece. This is where the breaking point is created. This is the most stressed place when putting on the head. So eventually the headphone will break off from the head part. That's what happened to me. The claim was rejected, first by the alza worker, then by the service and the repair is supposedly impossible. So I got an expensive thesis.
