Big disappointment with the Mora dishwasher – I do not recommend it! I have had a very bad experience with this Mora dishwasher. Water leaked into the bottom drip tray, which then triggered the F54 error code, and the dishwasher was constantly draining water even though there was none left inside. However, the biggest disappointment was how the warranty claim was handled after just one year of use. The claim was rejected on the grounds that the damage to the front of the dishwasher and the resulting pinholes were allegedly caused by salt. Instead of resolving the defect, the manufacturer or service centre blames it on alleged incorrect use. I absolutely disagree with this approach. From a brand like Mora, I would expect a quality product, a reasonable lifespan, and above all, a fair approach to the customer during a warranty claim. A huge disappointment for me. I would not buy a Mora dishwasher again, and I definitely do not recommend buying one to others.
A cheap gimmick. The low price might tempt you, but my experience with the quality and the way they handled my complaint is very poor.
Water leaking into the bottom drip tray.
Repeatedly displaying error message F54.
Presence of small holes and damage to the front of the dishwasher.
The claim was rejected on the grounds that the damage was caused by salt.
Insufficient acknowledgment of responsibility for the problems that arose.
Disappointed with the service department's approach when handling the complaint.
Loss of trust in the Mora brand.
