This product is a really bad joke. Not only did it arrive with completely different branding - I had to look online to find that Narex, Mikov and RON are all part of the same company - but after using about a hundred staples, the casing started to open. A spacer post with a screw fell out from inside. The plastic feels very cheap. It's more like a single-use product. The viewing window for checking the staples is completely useless; the magazine empties to about halfway, leaving roughly fifty staples that the internal spring mechanism can't push forward. You have to leave this block of staples in and keep breaking off new blocks of staples to add to the magazine. A normal stapler in the 21st century empties the entire magazine.
On 1/9, I sent a query to the manufacturer and only received an automatic reply stating they had registered my query. The manufacturer clearly doesn't care about the customer.
Well, a huge disappointment. Unfortunately, I missed the 14-day return window, so now I'll have to wait for a response to my complaint.
