Even though it is recommended 2 pills a day, I highly do not recommend it. Some vitamins are in very high doses and can do more harm than good (the B group of vitamins are water soluble so mostly there is no risk of overdose, but for example long term abuse of B6 causes nerve damage in the brain)
The first two days I started taking it, I got extreme abdominal cramps and was very scared by neon yellow urine (due to high doses of B2 -riboflavin - harmless), probably due to the rapid increase of B vitamins in the body, so I recommend starting slowly, maybe just half a pill a day. After prolonged use it disappeared, except for the discoloration (higher concentration in urine = higher discoloration, especially when you wake up in the morning)
Price - Even though I said the price/performance ratio is great, still 600CZK per supplement is expensive
If you have skin problems, don't take the product every day, sometimes it makes you sweat more or produce more sebum.
