Software (from the official website https://niceboy.eu/cs/podpora/product/107? code = oryx-m400) freezes when turned on, sometimes even blocks the movement of the mouse and only the buttons work on it at that moment. I tried to reinstall but it didn' t help.

Software does not work = backlight, macros, nothing can be set. appalling
