I recommend that you have a partner when installing, otherwise when connecting the cables you will have to hold the entire light against the ceiling with one hand and connect the cables with the other and secure them with screws at the same time. It can be done, but you' re hurting yourself while doing it. It would be better if the connection was solved by plug-in terminals secured by springs, as is the case with some lights.
