After years my DeLonghi air conditioning went out so I chose this one based on reviews. It's surprisingly quiet, the huge difference is in the engine ramp up from ventilation to cooling, which happens every now and then. I was very pleasantly surprised by this, it is much better to sleep with this air conditioner. Several different reducers are included. I don't have to pour out water when conditioning for the whole summer (I probably do when drying, but I don't use it).
