After trying the creatine from Vilgain or Gymbeam, which were tasty, this is absolutely mad. A chemical taste that literally makes you want to throw up. I was used to pouring creatine straight into my mouth and just washing it down with a drink – this came as a shock – but it tastes awful even in half a litre of water. It’s rubbish – I’ll bin it and buy another one; it’s really no good.
