Experience with wireless Android Auto (Ottocast) in a Škoda Fabia 3: A huge disappointment. I bought the Ottocast “Mini Cube 3” and “Mini Pico” adaptors to get wireless Android Auto working in my Škoda Fabia 3. Unfortunately, neither device worked. Even connecting an additional power supply using a Y-cable (powered from a 12V car charger) didn't help – the car's infotainment system just kept crashing and restarting over and over. I also tried a factory reset on the radio and the Ottocast adaptors themselves several times, but to no avail. The standard connection via a USB cable works absolutely reliably without a single issue. So the problem is clearly with the Ottocast devices. I consider these products to be non-functional and unusable in this combination.

Hope this helps someone. It connects straight away in a RAV 4 2024, but making calls is a bit of a problem. You can make a call immediately, but it only goes through the phone. If you wait about 3 minutes after starting the car, you can call normally through the car speakers. The strange thing is that Spotify etc. plays through the speakers straight away. I've tried various settings, but I'm not bothering with it anymore. I just make the first call from the car after about 3 minutes. Pixel 11 pro XL.
