A huge disappointment with the PC build from Alza. I had Alza professionally build an expensive computer with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and an RTX 5080. Unfortunately, I gradually realised I had to do practically all the system checks myself. The graphics card was reaching 87–90°C and about 3,000 RPM in the case's original orientation. After changing the orientation, the temperature dropped to around 69°C in the same game. Instead of a simple solution, what followed was a lengthy process of providing proof, sending photos, videos, and doing my own testing. On top of that, I've now found that the 3.5mm audio output wasn't working because the correct Realtek driver was missing. After installing it from the MSI website, the sound worked immediately. Upon further inspection, I also found a generic Ethernet driver and older Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers, which I again had to sort out myself. And the BIOS? The PC still has the version from June 2025, even though I was told it would be updated. For such an expensive, professionally assembled build, I really don't expect to have to diagnose temperatures, hunt for missing drivers, and check the BIOS myself after receiving it. The hardware is excellent. The inspection and preparation of the build before handing it over to the customer is a huge letdown for me.
