This dehydrator met all my requirements, including a reasonable price. It dries really evenly, the metal trays are high-quality, and the mesh is ideal even for small berries, so nothing falls through. I really appreciate the bottom plastic tray, which can be pulled out to wash away any debris from drying under running water. After my previous experience with plastic trays that cracked, some even melted, the mesh holes were too big so berries fell through, and I constantly had to swap the trays around, I am absolutely thrilled to have found this clever dehydrator.
High-quality result (natural colour)
Even drying (even with a full load)
Precise temperature control (for fruit, herbs, mushrooms)

a great change from classic dryers, no need to change the position of the plate, the metal conducts heat much better and the closed design speeds up drying
metal grates
Closed construction
