I was expecting a lot from this iron and I am disappointed. It looks great on the surface, but when you start using it. There is a hole in the middle between the shoulders and a stop that goes into the hole when you press the shoulders together - of course it takes the hair and pulls it out. completely impractical. In addition, the shoulders are dislocated at the joint. I knew after the first use that I would return it. I really don't recommend it. I'll go back to the Remington brand again - that's for sure.
