I received a the product without the plastic wrapping. Included screen protector was missing as well as nano fibre cloth. I realised that Apple Pencil no longer getting changed unless I apply pressure to it. My second time purchasing this product and that was a new problem right out of the box. great product but not recommended at this stage I would wait for the newer and updated version (Pitaka MagEZ 2 for IPad Pro 2018/2020)
