Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this product. After 14 days of use, when the reader was always in its original packaging and was treated with the utmost care, the top lines started to blur slightly. I sent the reader in for a claim, where I was told it was a mechanical fault. The reader was returned in even worse condition than I sent it and it wasn't even fully closed. Although this fault could not have been caused by me. So for me, money wasted and Pocketbook never again. Additionally, after this experience I read negative reviews where I found that I am not alone with this experience and it happens repeatedly with multiple customers.
Super practical lightweight beautiful reader that meets all the basic requirements. I appreciate the Czech language in the menu of the reader, games and several free books in the reader. For the money super including the case 😉👍
Zhruba po 7 měsících 1/3 obrazovky přestala fungovat ( obsah se nepřekresloval, zůstal neměnný a na vadném místě se objevily 2 tenké linie ). Předtím jsem měl také model čtečky od tohoto výrobce a po 2 letech používání se objevil obdobná vada, kterou zmiňuji výše. Čtečku jsem měl v pouzdře a mechanicky jsem ji nějak nevytěžoval - nehodnotím následný proces reklamace, ale to, že mně čtečka přišla ve stavu, kdy už nefungovala celá obrazovka, neumím ohodnotit, kdo tedy za tuto chybu mohl, či Alza nebo autorizovaný servis, není v pořádku. Čtečky od tohoto výrobce po 2 negativních zkušenostech hodnotím jako nekvalitní.
