The drone itself is definitely not bad, but in case of any damage you can't even get help from the manufacturer. All they can do is read the flight data, but figuring out what is actually damaged is beyond them. I recommend to buy a product of another company with service in the Czech Republic. This is not the fault of Alza, whose staff have tried to help with the problem.
