Fully charged from the factory, detailed instructions in English, paired with my iPhone straight away. In the QCY app (which is in Czech, error messages in Chinese), you can set the noise cancellation level – it doesn't completely block out your surroundings unless you turn the volume up to max – and sound effects (bass, rock etc.). For the price, they're a great help in an open-plan office. I've only had them for a day, so we'll see how long they last.
