I' m not a heavy user, but so far I haven' t found anything major against it. It is on sale for reasonable money, the range is around 100 km, you can buy a spare battery for about 9 thousand, after a month of use, I would buy it again, so far satisfied

In 5 months I have driven a little over 2600Km and apart from a pulled chain I haven't encountered anything. I bought this bike based on the 15th best el. bikes for 2022 where they ranked 13th in price/performance ratio.
The battery will give just over 120Km if you just don't drive
Price/performance
The bike has a freewheel which often makes the more expensive el. the wheels don't have
Nothing yet.

We already have 2 of these bikes at home, and since we are very satisfied after a year of use, we are buying 2 more,
In a year, we have covered about 2000 km and without a single defect. On one battery charge, the range is about 120 km, although the declared distance is 80 km.
The second bike stopped working after half a year, after a complaint the bike was replaced by Alsa without any problems. Simply satisfaction and for the money I recommend it to anyone who is still hesitating.
Low purchase price
It looks beautiful
Longer battery life than declared
Legible display
Reliable
