I can only recommend Re-Biom. Because I have a demanding and quite stressful job, which has taken a toll on my psyche and digestion. I suffered from a bloated belly, problems with defecation, feeling tired due to poor falling asleep and sleeping. That's when my immunity kicked in. All I had to do was be sleep-deprived and get a little cold and I'd catch a cold. I started using the product because of its composition and I didn't expect any miracles.
