I haven't tried all the options yet, but as far as the design goes, I'd say it's shaky. For a beginner, probably good for the money. The will in the pins is I'd say a pretty decent agricultural will. It's fine for folding, but if you don't adjust it after you sit down, it jumps up when you sit down. When you are sitting or lying on it, you are always making sure that your center of gravity is not so much for your own sake, but because you don't feel completely stable on it. - the narrow centre beam and that funny band pulled to the sides by which the bottom plate is caught is no guarantee of a feeling of stability. If you want a space-saving bench and at least a bit of a jigsaw at home, that's fine. It's relatively easy to "throw it" in a corner so it doesn't get in the way. He will do the service and make a fine investment until the start of some home exercise.
Simple composition
Probably a fine investment to start with.
Decent will in the pins
