The filament itself is good, prints cleanly, and is cheap. But the way the end of the filament is attached to the spool on the refill...
The end of the filament is stuck to the cardboard spool with adhesive tape and some sort of adhesive (like from a hot glue gun). This, of course, tears off the spool and gets pulled into the printer.
