This product is exactly what I’ve been looking for. They travel a lot – by car, by plane, around town, etc. I was personally quite disappointed with MANA’s products – even after drinking five bottles, I didn’t feel full and still had to eat an extra snack or even a main meal. The large 500ml bottle of Ristre reliably fills me up in no time. The small 200ml pack is also handy for me, as I use it when I don’t need a full meal, just a snack. Both flavours are really good – they taste a bit like porridge. ‘I prefer chocolate.’ I recommend this to anyone who, like me, is always short of time but is also looking for a way to eat a nutritious, balanced diet and get that welcome extra boost of energy each day.
