I used the Rockit for about a year with my twins and I want to say right from the start that the product itself worked really well. It genuinely helped us get the children to sleep in their pram. I really liked its design, compact size, and the way it attaches to the pram. Overall, I was very satisfied with it. The only minor drawback was the USB-C charging port, which seemed a bit outdated and wasn't compatible with all modern chargers, including some supplied with newer phones. However, I could live with that. Unfortunately, about three to four weeks ago, the device suddenly stopped working. I found that it was completely flat. When I tried to charge it, I discovered that the USB-C charging connector had simply come loose and fallen inside the device. As a result, it was no longer possible to charge the device. I made a warranty claim through my local retailer, who sent the device to the service centre. After waiting for three to four weeks, I received a rejection of my claim on the grounds that it was mechanical damage not covered by the warranty. This was very disappointing. In my opinion, in 2026, a manufacturer should take responsibility for the failure of a charging connector on a modern electronic device if it occurs during normal use. Of course, there can be exceptional cases where a customer genuinely damages the device. In our case, however, we handled the Rockit very carefully. The device was not exposed to rain or used in unsuitable conditions. The charging connector simply failed during normal use. Reliable charging is absolutely fundamental for a rechargeable electronic device. If the connector can't even last a year of gentle daily use, I believe it's a serious durability issue that the manufacturer should address. Over the past year, I have recommended the Rockit to many friends, colleagues, and other parents because I considered it a great product. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer recommend this product with a clear conscience. The warranty is an important part of the customer experience, and the way a company handles claims is just as important as the quality of the product itself. It's a great shame because the product itself was really useful for our family and worked very well.
Great product, but disappointed with the durability and warranty service

I bought the rocker because the pram has to be constantly moving for our baby to sleep. Unfortunately, the movement the rocker makes didn't fool our little one :-) I also tried attaching it to the mobile cot, but no luck there either. Generally, though, I would give the product a chance, you just have to bear in mind that it won't work for everyone (unfortunately).
What a useless swing, it's more like a vibrator, the child won't sleep, and if it stops with the stroller, the child wakes up even with the rocket, plus it's not as great on the stroller as on the table
