Very disappointing. I was really looking forward to this microphone, but after trying the sound I decided to return it and pay extra for the DJI Mic Mini. It's a shame, because I like the overall design, but in the end it's all about the sound. It's not the worst in this microphone, but it's not enough either. If you're posting videos somewhere on social media, I recommend the DJI Mic Mini, which has a monstrous package but much better sound.

I needed the microphones for uploading content to social media. I was so worried about throwing my money away, but the Rode microphones exceeded my expectations. I had a Boy microphone before and the sound from it sounded like a bandana, even though it had a good rating on Alza. I had to film under the covers to make it at least acceptable.
I was still considering DJI microphones, but they are 2x as expensive as Rode. So I chose Rode and I don't regret it.
Great sound even in a room where another lapel mic (Boya) picked up an echo.
Easy to use - just plug into your mobile and record (I have a Huawei, Android 10 and it works without problems). No need to install anything.
