The kettle has an optimal price-performance ratio. We were looking for a lower wattage kettle for the apartment, because of the fuses. The teapot is perfectly sufficient, the fact that the scale is only on the inside doesn't matter, the clasp on the top is practical, the teapot is not excessively high and so it pours well even in a lower sink. I'm impetuous and I pour fast, which this teapot isn't quite made for and sometimes it gets a little messy, so I pour slower and it's ok. I'm also missing the button to open the lid a bit. For its price category, however, the kettle is a hit.
