I wanted to see if the mount could at least be used as a sort of support to help me take better photos. For a while, I tried to come up with at least some purpose or use for it. Oh no, it’s not suitable for anything. It can’t be used as an aid for taking photos in the style of a classic camera, as it’s visible in the photos. And as a selfie stick, it’s far too wobbly. The perfect toy for children, but probably nothing more than that.

For 490 CZK, I got exactly what I expected when I bought it. I believe that if you treat it with care and only use the selfie stick occasionally, it will serve you well, but for more demanding users who frequently switch between the stick and grip modes, it might not last very long – though that’s just my impression. All in all, a good idea for photographers – just put a bit more effort into the body material next time.
