It chops, grates, slices (from very thin to thicker slices), dices,. processes large quantities of fruit, vegetables in no time. He's so fast, I can barely keep up with the throwing. Great for making nut butters, I use it for those rather than a blender. Amazing attachment storage system. I've had it for 4 months and use it daily. Compared to previous graters, incomparably better. I don't know how I lived without him before.
