poor workmanship (I would expect much more from Samsonite)
the colour of the fabric fades quite quickly (I still use my previous Samsonite backpack and after 15 years the colour of the fabric is the same as when I bought it)
the backpack does not hold its shape very well due to the poor quality fabric (it also gets wet very quickly even in light rain)
the zipper closure on the middle pocket started to break after about a year and a half
poor quality of straps
if you are looking for a backpack for NTB, so I recommend you either pay extra (I assume that the variant for 5000, - CZK could be a little better quality processed) or buy a cheaper backpack from another manufacturer
