It disconnects from my phone 3 times a day, even though I have my wristband on and my phone in my hand. A Samsung mobile phone and a Samsung wristband, yet they communicate poorly together.
The Wear app updates every week so I have to put the bracelet in factory settings.
The bracelet did not work after the purchase, it kept disconnecting, so I put it in for a claim, after the " repair" the bracelet got stuck completely and wouldn' t even connect. I got a new one which is not working again. So Alza service returned it to me 3 times as a " repair" or replacement even though we asked for a refund each time.
